Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mike Rossi's Real Estate Boot Camp and the Database Tracker App, offered by Rossi Education Group LLC. By registering you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

• The Boot Camp is a 52-week real estate coaching program with daily SMS missions, weekly lessons, monthly and quarterly exams, and a final graduation exam.
• Successful graduates may earn the Real Estate Pathfinder title, eligibility for the Pathfinder Referral Network, and any graduation credit then being offered under the published program rules.

2. Program Term and Payment Options

• 12-month program. The Boot Camp is designed and sold as a full 52-week coaching and accountability program.
• Four Ways to Pay: Monthly, Quarterly, Two Payments, or Paid in Full.
• Monthly payment option: 12 monthly payments of $197, total program price $2,364.
• Quarterly payment option: 4 quarterly payments of $550, total program price $2,200.
• Two-payment option: 2 payments of $999, total program price $1,998.
• Paid in Full option: 1 payment of $1,800, total program price $1,800.
• The monthly option is a payment plan for the full 12-month program, not an open-ended membership that can be stopped mid-program.
• No prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law or approved in writing.

3. Graduation Credits, Referral Credits, and Promo Codes

• Graduation credits may be offered to members who complete all 52 weeks, required exams, tracker activity requirements, and final graduation requirements.
• Referral credits may be offered when a current or former member refers a new agent who enrolls and completes the qualifying payment requirement.
• Friend discounts may be offered to referred agents as a one-time first-payment discount when using a valid referral code.
• Credits are promotional account credits only. They have no cash value, are not cash rebates, are not transferable, and may expire or be limited unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Promo codes are discretionary and may be withdrawn, expired, or limited in quantity at any time. One code may be applied per registration unless otherwise stated.

4. Member Conduct

• You agree to show up daily, execute missions, and track your numbers honestly.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Each membership is for one individual agent.
• Curriculum content may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

5. No Outcome Guarantee

The Boot Camp provides education, systems, and coaching. Your results depend on your effort, market, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific income, listings, or closings.

6. SMS Consent

By registering, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and program text messages at the cell phone number you provide. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You may cancel per Section 2 above.
